Zapavision is set up for people with both fast connections and slow connections. If you have a fast connection you should be able to view Zapavision videos in real time. Dial up users should only select 'Small Quicktime' or 'Small Windows Media' to view videos.

Most Zapavision videos are available in both Apple Quicktime and Microsoft Windows Media formats.
